Ÿ         Responsible for integration of network and facilities infrastructure and operations at Facebook’s primary global data centers (Forest City, Altoona, Prineville and Lulea), including Cisco/Arista-based data center networks and BACnet/Modus facilities networks.

Ÿ         Provided technical support for an in-house initiative to troubleshoot random communications drops in the facilities network, between BACnet and Modbus devices and data acquisition systems. Utilized in-house custom data analytics tools and Wireshark packet capture to gather data and troubleshoot the problem.

Ÿ         Developed and delivered a training program for each site’s Facilities Operations staff, including overview of facilities network, alert resolution, and operational procedures.
